Sadly, Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong have split up. I guess she got tired of riding on the handlebars every time they went on a date.

A Rather Blustery Day
This past weekend was the Diabetes Association's fundraiser, The Tour de Cure. 120 miles in 2 days. For fun. Right.
It wouldnt been so bad if it wasnt for the strong headwinds... both days... regardless of the direction... Thank God for rest stops.
Then on the second day, there were seven bridges to go over.. in the wind.. The first 6 bridges were even before we hit 30 miles. My legs felt like they were going to fall off. You end up with views like this.
There was a long stretch of road that was nothing but a wind tunnel. My sit-bones still hurt.

Before our innocence was lost,
You were always one of those
Blessed with lucky sevens,
And the voice that made me cry.
