Bog: There should be three of me here just so I can catch up with everything.
Me: Why? They dont pay us enough for half a person.

Word of Thanks
Pat Tillman, the NFL player who left the game to join the Army Rangers, died this past weekend. This man was a true hero that sacrificed his life in many ways.
Tillman played at full speed throughout college and the NFL. He turned down a huge contract from the St. Louis Rams out of loyalty to Arizona Cardinels. But when his country called, Tillman turned down another huge money making contract to join the Rangers in order to continue the fight against terrorism.
No matter what your view of the war may be, please keep in mind that Tillman and many other soldiers like him, gave their lives so you could have that opinion.
Thank you, Pat.

Views From The Road
This past weekend was another large sponsored event for cyclists. There were over 618 riders involved in this past ride and considering that the sponsors didnt even finish the route until the night before, its amazing that the event even ran.
The terrain was so rough with all the potholes, glasses, and road reflectors, it was amazing that a lot more people didnt get flat tires.
Despite the bad route, there were a couple of great scenes.
The first was a pair of F-15's flying overhead. As our route took us past a local airport, the jets were just taking off. As we rode, the planes gained altitude, then did a low fly by over our heads with their engines roaring. They were actually low enough that would could see their ordenance, that is, if they had any. It must have been a training mission.
The second sight was a pair of tigers. When a car is coming up behind a pack of cyclists, the riders at the end of the pack yell out "Car back!" in order to warn everyone in front.
Towards the final two miles of the ride, a large truck could be heard behind the peloton, then a loud shout of "Tigers back!" rang out. As we looked around, the truck passing the group was carrying two large and actually sleepy looking tigers.
Of course we had to yell and wave to the beautiful creatures.
They probably saw us as a buffet. Heh...

Al Jazeera is believed to be helping the Anti-American forces. Gee, its a bit of a coincidence that they are always right there when a bomb goes off, a hostage is taken, or someone is killed.

Cybersex gone bad. This is what you get when you try to type one handed.

Background Noise
The Sixth Sense is on.
I really liked the movie when I first saw it, but I know I ruined it for the other moviegoers around me. At the time the movie was released, not everyone knew the movie's secret, but I am one of those people that the theaters warn for talking in the middle of the movie.
Thirty or forty minutes into the movie, I whispered "Why is Willis wearing the same clothes? He must be a ghost too..." A few groans that came out from around my friends and I alerted me to the fact that I said my comment abit too loudly.. yet again.
Granted, my track record for such things isnt very good.
Five minutes into Saving Private Ryan I made the comment "Look! The old man is wearing an Airborne pin. Hanks is in the Rangers so that must be Ryan. I guess they do save him..." Not only was my date mad, so were quite a few others around us...
Bad Ken, Bad...
Anyways, M. Night Shyamalan, the director of The Sixth Sense, has a new movie coming out called, The Village. The trailer looks pretty good and this movie might be worth seeing.
