Castle Shima

Ready my knights for battle. They will ride with their king once more.

Someone please ask Bill Engvall to hand this woman a sign: "We're ashamed the President of the United States is from Texas." -- Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks.

Tower View
Time to go to war.

Although I dont necessarily agree that Saddam should be deposed, I have no problem with it either. I thought the mission was to disarm Iraq, but if Bush feels that the only true way to disarm them is by getting rid of the dictator, then I can live with that.

God speed and good luck, troops. Stay frosty and happy hunting.

Some words of wisdom from Murphy's Laws of Combat
- You are not Superman; Marines and fighter pilots take note.
- If you are short of everything but the enemy, you are in the combat zone.
- Anything you do can get you killed, including nothing.

My personal favorites:
- Sniper's motto: reach out and touch someone.
- When in doubt, empty your magazine.

Background Noise
Riverdance In New York is on the tv.

I've always been fond of Riverdance, even back when Michael Finley was in the troupe. I'm going to have to remember to turn down the volume on the stereo system or else the drum beats will shake the upstairs neighbor's teeth. I'm surprised their not threatening to burn me out already...
